By providing your payment information and confirming a purchase on Please Find Your Seat (“we”, “us”, “our”), you authorize us and our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to securely store your payment method and to charge your payment method for the initial transaction and for future purchases you initiate, including but not limited to one-click upsells or additional services related to your original purchase.
We use Stripe to process payments. As part of this, Stripe may store your payment credentials to facilitate fast and secure future transactions. When you confirm a payment, Stripe may display a message such as:
“By confirming your payment, you allow Please Find Your Seat to charge you for this payment and future payments in accordance with their terms.”
This message serves as notice that your payment method may be used for future charges authorized by you. You will always have the option to decline an upsell or remove your stored payment method by contacting our support team.
Your payment information is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection and financial regulations, including PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
If you do not wish to authorize future charges, do not complete the transaction or contact us immediately after the purchase to revoke future payment authorization.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are disclosed during the signup or upgrade process and may change with notice.
All content, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Please Find Your Seat. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without prior consent.
By using our platform, you grant us permission to use your business name, logo, or screenshots of your event pages for marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing. This includes email campaigns, social media posts, testimonials, and case studies.
