Can I update my guest list?
Yes! If plans change, simply log in and edit your list. Your QR code will stay the same so no need to reprint.

How do you display the QR Code?
We recommend printing your QR code on a sign at least 8x10 inches, or larger for big events. For weddings, many couples opt for 24x36 inch poster boards at entrances or near guest books.
Alternatively you can print the QR code on a small card and scatter them near the entrance of the venue.
Should I list guests alphabetically or by table?
With Please Find Your Seat this is no longer a concern as a guests can find their table number by searching their name
Do I need to add each guest one by one?
