Fair Use Policy - Media Share

Purpose

Please Find Your Seat provides a Media Share feature for event hosts and attendees to upload and share photos and videos related to a specific event. This Fair Use Policy explains the intended scope and limits of use.

Scope of Use

Users may upload photos or videos only for the event to which they are an attendee or host. Uploading content unrelated to the event or using Media Share for storage or distribution of large files (e.g., non-event images) is prohibited.

Reasonable Use

While the Application allows multiple uploads, users must use Media Share reasonably and in line with the purpose of the Application. Unreasonable use includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Uploading excessive quantities of photos, videos or data that could impair system performance;

(b) Uploading non-event-related content for personal storage or distribution;

(c) Using automated tools to bulk upload content unrelated to an event.

Enforcement

Please Find Your Seat reserves the right to:

(a) Limit or restrict uploads that are excessive or unrelated to the intended purpose;

(b) Suspend or terminate user access in cases of repeated or severe breaches of this policy; and

(c) Remove any media deemed inconsistent with this Fair Use Policy.

Changes to Policy

This Fair Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Media Share constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
